nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"PDF","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要　旨\n目的：他病棟での勤務経験の無い個室病棟で働く看護師の看護実践を記述し、その特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。\n方法：看護師７名に半構成的面接を行い、質的記述的分析を行った。\n結果：研究参加者は、【複数診療科の患者を看護することの不安】があるため【知識不足を補う事前準備をしてから患者に対応する】。さらに、病棟に特定の診療科の医師がいないため【複数診療科の医師と協働していくために工夫する】。個室という環境で【患者と 1 対 1
