旨\n目的:本研究は、伊藤・美濃・吉田(2021)、美濃・伊藤(2021)の継続研究である。本稿では、施設介護職員と訪問介護職員に焦点を絞り、それぞれの職場モデル構造を明らかにし、介護福祉職員がいきいきと働ける職場づくりに必要な基礎的知見を得ることを目的とした。\n方法:介護職員 300 人(施設介護業務 150 人、訪問介護業務 150
