旨\n 本研究の目的は、経営の安定している訪問看護ステーション(以下 ,St)管理者の実践知をもとに St の特徴的な経営管理行動を構造化することにより、 新人 St 管理者が、日々の管理実践の中で、St の経営の安定化に向けて、どのように経営管理行動をとればよいかという考え方を示唆することである。\n 開設後5年以上の St 管理者9名の半構造化面接調査の逐語録、専門家会議の議事録から大項目間の関連についての語りを抽出し、質的に分析した。\n 概念図は、【自事業所の管理業務をできる条件を整える】ことにより、【自事業所の環境変化を予測して事業計画を立案・実施し、経営状況を正確に把握して対応する】ことで【自事業所に必要な人材を確保する】。さらに採用した【スタッフの仕事へのモチベーションの維持・向上に努める】。【ケアの質を保証する】ことでサービスの提供基盤を整え、あわせて【日々の活動の効率を上げ、利用者数とスタッフ数の急な変動に対処する】ことで【利用者数を確保・維持する】構造となった。\n 日々の管理実践の中で、St 管理者が常に7つの大項目を意識することで、St
